I admit I have been slacking on my favorite photos of 2009! I have been so busy with engagements session, boudoir shoots, and the upcoming wedding season – so I am now finally getting back on track!
So here is one of my favorites from a wedding I shot with Laura Ryan, This was Gurney’s Inn Located out in Montauk. This is definitely one of my favorites!!!! She was just dancing away like she was the only person there! Very awesome bride!!

I second shot on this wedding late summer at The VIP Country Club in New Rochelle, NY. This was a fun wedding and the venue was absolutely gorgeous!
As a second shooter I had a great time at this wedding, there was so much going on!!
The venue is gorgeous, and at night it really looked awesome all lit up!

We had this guy break dancing -

Then they did this “hawaii-five-o” as they called it, and everyone did some dives! Alot of fun!

All thes photos were taken while shooting with denise chastian.

I love getting reviews! It makes my job as a photographer so satisfying when I know that I left such an awesome impression on someone!
This is a review that a boudoir client left for me yesterday, so I had to copy it on to my blog!
“About a month ago i did a budoir shoot with Joe. i was very nervous, being i have never modeled, or done anything like this before. I met up with him at the salon, and immediately started getting my hair and makeup done. The girls at the salon were extremely nice and comforting and made me feel at home. They did my hair and makeup gorgeous, and wouldn’t stop until it was perfect! Now it was time to get my pictures done after 2 hours of pampering. I walked into the room, and Joe greeted me with a smile and really kind flattering words. We worked on a few head shots first to get me comfortable and ease my nerves. after a few minutes, i was so comfortable and having a great time!
He made me feel awesome, and sexy and beautiful! Joe, is a great photographer and a person as a whole….he is a friend of my fiance’s and i knew he would be awesome, but not this awesome!!! Anybody would be lucky and should be proud to work with Joe, he made me feel gorgeous, and the first thing i said when i saw the proofs was, “wow, that is NOT me, im not THAT gorgeous!” Any nerves you have before going in to this, or nerves you have in the beginning of the shoot, Joe will quickly eliminate!
Like i said, anyone would be lucky to work with him and i would do it again in a heartbeat! I am a very self conscious person, and he quickly brought me out of my shell! If you have the opportunity to work with him, jump on it!! I am so proud of my pictures and show them off as much as i can and brag about my photographer!!! I cant wait to work with him again!!!
Thank you Joe for an AMAZING experience!!!

Although it was FREEZING OUT – This was a very fun engagement shoot for me! I’ve never been to Sagamore hill before so it was cool to check out, but what I really enjoyed was getting to meet Allison and David, Allison had scheduled for me to photograph their wedding day this coming spring, she actually booked me over the phone and never had a chance to meet, so doing the engagement session was a great way for us to get to know eachother a bit before the big day! I am really looking forward to their wedding day, It is being held a Raphael’s Vineyard, a Gorgeous location in Peconic, NY. I truly cannot wait!

One of my favorite weddings this year, I second shot this wedding with Laura Ryan and had a ball! It was really hard trying to pick a favorite photo from this wedding- But here you have it- My fave!!

This was an Awesome venue- old townhouse in NYC, 1 block in from central park on 69th street. The couple was awesome, and so was the family – We had a good time shooting it!
This photo is one of my favorites from the day, I just love capturing moments, especially expressions and natural laughter.

This is one of my favorite shots, from one of my favorite sessions of 2009. This shoot was so memorable to me, since the client was an old friend from high school, who I haven’t seen in over 12 years!! It was so awesome to see her and to meet her husband and awesome little boy.

I am going to be posting more favorite photos over the next few days so subscribe to the blog to be notified of the new posts!
